The Most Inexpensive and Comfortable Bra | UNIQLO

The Most Inexpensive and Comfortable Bra | UNIQLO

Thank you for visiting my blog again. I know it’s been a while, but this year has just flown by. I recently got married, so for the better part of 2018, I was planning my wedding. Now that all of it is done, I’m going to try and do more practical reviews/ tutorials. I’m actually tired of seeing makeup,  hair videos, and tutorials that no one in the real world has time to do. As a working woman, I want to share things that are helpful for me (and I hope they help you, too.)

This review is all about my favorite bra. As women, we are constantly searching for the perfect “something.” Whether is the perfect night cream, the perfect foundation or the perfect bra. Well, I think that I can help you with the bra part. I’ve had this Uniqlo bra since 2012. I randomly bought it from the Fifth Avenue location and it’s been amazing. I’ve washed and dried it so many times and nothing has ever happened to it.

You can see that there are some slight design differences from the 2012 one to the one that I just recently purchased — overall the fit is the same. These bras are perfect for everyday wear, especially under work clothing because

I decided to get both the nude and black one since I wear them so much — and for only $19.90, why not?

I give this bra a 10/10. Click here if you’d like to purchase it:

Spring 2016 —Shoes Of The Season

Spring 2016 —Shoes Of The Season

Spring is almost here! Do your best happy dance and get excited for the nice weather, outdoor barbecues, and of course —THE SHOES.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I have a major shoe obsession. Unlike your stomach and thighs it’s one part of your body that remains pretty consistent (as far as size). So I never have to worry about growing in and out of them.

My shoe style is so varying and I wear almost anything. But for this spring, I’m falling in love with bright and bold shoes. From the neon colors, embellishments, and the funky heel designs, I just want it all.

Designers like Aquazzura, Fendi, Sophia Webster, Asos, and Kat Maconie have some amazing and unique pieces; I’m in love with their designs!

So if you’re thinking of sprucing up your wardrobe, here are some shoes to get you inspired.

Get Ready With Me: My Birthday!

For some reason I always end up wearing black or white on my birthday. So this year I decided to wear both colors by pairing this faux leather skirt and mesh crop top.

Brunch Outfit: Printed Romper & Wedges

Brunch Outfit: Printed Romper & Wedges

Today I met up with my parents and youngest sister for brunch. My mom told me to look cute lol so I threw on the easiest and cutest thing you can wear — a romper. I love the paisley and flower printed one that I wore because it’s so comfortable and soft. I paired this outfit with some wedges and threw on my Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses.

I also did my makeup using blues and gold. I’ll post that on my YouTube channel tomorrow for Makeup Mondays.

Who else loves rompers? And what’s your favorite type to wear — long or short?

Indian Party: What I Wore & My DIY Back Necklace

Indian Party: What I Wore & My DIY Back Necklace

This past weekend was so much fun! I love family/ friend parties because you’re surrounded by people that you care about, good music, and good food (the open bar isn’t too bad either 😉).

My friends Kamal and Vivak got engaged in Maryland. It was a punjabi party so I wanted to keep it traditional, but with a few glam accents. I wore a salwaar kameez that I had worn before.
It’s green and white — my favorite color is green and I love how white looks on my skin tone.
I actually designed this outfit myself. I went and bought the material. The green bottom and chunni (shawl) is 100% green silk from a fabric store in NYC and the white is a stretchy fabric from a random store in my home town. I also bought the decorations separately and had the tailor sew everything on.

It was simple, but the cut out back added a little something extra.

And since it was so simple I wanted to spruce it up with jewelry. I looked online for back necklaces, but they were all so expensive — So I made my own!
I bought the pieces and put it together using pliers. Here is the final look!

Let me know if you want to see a video of how I made this necklace or if you want to see my makeup from this night!

Thanks for reading guys! 😘😘

(Shoutout to my boo for taking these pictures!)

Pink Frilly Off-The-Shoulder Top: A Simple And Fun Night-Out Look!

Pink Frilly Off-The-Shoulder Top: A Simple And Fun Night-Out Look!

As soon as I saw this top, I knew that I had to have it! It’s such a beautiful, neon pink & I’m a big fan on strapless/corset type of tops. It fits perfectly because it comes with wiring in the cups so it keeps the awesome sweet-heart shaped neckline. I paired it with some rolled up boyfriend jeans and Free People heels. I usually never wear jeans, but this top was so bright that I didn’t need/want anything to take away from it so I kept the bottom simple.
I also kept my makeup perry simple too — nude eyes and lips (although if I had a lip color to match this shirt I probable would’ve worn it lol). And my hair was straight down with the exception of the two sides clipped up.

I’ll be posting this makeup/ hair look on my YouTube channel tomorrow for my next episode of Makeup Monday!
